With 20+ years of agency experience, Barbara brings considerable management, marketing strategy, and communication expertise to client partnerships. She intimately knows the independent school market—not only has she led engagements with Forsyth Country Day School, Wasatch Academy, and Academy of the Holy Family, but she also attended Rumsey Hall for junior boarding school and Loomis Chaffee for high school.
Prior to joining EdwardsCo, Barbara served as the director of marketing for 1% for the Planet, a 501c3 non-profit started by the founder of Patagonia. She also oversaw brand strategy and innovation across consumer, B2B, and non-profit clients at KSV and was director of interactive at Jager Di Paola Kemp Design, both agencies based in Vermont.
Barbara is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and earned an M.S. in geography from the University of Nevada-Reno.
