Carol is an experienced strategist who has led many of our engagements with higher education clients. Her strategy and industry experience include social enterprise, philanthropy, and nonprofits in the services and education sectors.
Carol previously served as vice president of strategy and marketing at the Jewish Community Centers (JCC) of Greater Boston, a $21 million non-profit. She created and implemented an integrated brand identity for the JCC’s multiple business units, including three camps and six preschools. Carol also led an organization-wide effort to re-think the JCC’s vision and developed a strategic business plan to meet contemporary needs and expectations.
Her consulting and marketing experience also includes roles as a consultant and senior director at The Bridgespan Group, where she led marketing and communications efforts across Bridgespan and its Bridgestar initiative.
A native of Detroit, Carol is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and briefly attended the University of Michigan School of Art.
